COMPLAINTS REGARDING DELIVERY

Dear customer

We are a small family business that has been marketing Börner products with full dedication for years from Father to Son.

Unfortunately, Florian, myself, was admitted to hospital at the beginning of July, with a serious condition that caused me to spend 80% of the last three months in a hospital bed.

Answering phone calls and emails was almost impossible. However, we did not want to let our customers down and my children Louise and Seppe were very helpful.

Unfortunately and to make matters worse, we recently had a new shipping contract with PostNL and it turns out that their system only works properly for 40%, so we will have to look for another solution again. That is why this email.

Anyone who has experienced problems such as late delivery, incorrect delivery, non-delivery, etc. can complete an online form detailing your situation.
